Observation

There was vacuum cording accessible to children in the restroom by the washing machine. The cording was sticking out from the side of the machine which made it accessible to children. There are plastic bags in the restroom that are accessible to children. There is furniture and equipment that as not secure: Home center/kitchenette, little vanity, sterlite bin by the restroom door with blankets and air purifiers that are on shelving units and in window frames that are not secure. in the restroom the dryer safety latch is broken and cording from vacuum by the washer in the restroom is accessible to children. Dryer safety latch was broken. Children's table and little chairs with paint gone. Paint on baseboard by Swahili numbers was observed to have chipping paint Areas around some outlet plates were observed to have an opening and was not sealed on the wall. One outlet plate by the crib was away from the wall and not securely pushed into the wall can cause a pinching hazard. Outlet in the restroom by sink was not GFCI. Sink is required to be GFCI and Tamper Resistant. Need to also ensure that the outlets by the sink in the kitchen are also GFCI.
